Craig L. Lukin, CFA

Mr. Lukin joined Roumell Asset Management in January 2003 as a research analyst. In 2007, he became the firm’s COO and CCO. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lukin was an associate at Dent & Company, Inc., where he worked on originating and executing private market transactions. Earlier, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Corporate Value Consulting group. Mr. Lukin holds a BS in applied economics and business management from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He lives in Potomac, MD with his wife and two sons.
